Olympic star Iwan Thomas visits Wildcat Hovercraft

Former Olympic finalist and British 400m record holder Iwan Thomas today visited Wildcat Hovercraft while filming for the forthcoming TV show "The Headliners".

After receiving a safety briefing from our marshals, Iwan was kitted out with a crash helmet and got to experience hovercraft racing at first hand.

Iwan proved to be a great guest and a thoroughly nice guy and we would like to extend our thanks to him and the programme makers for their part in a fun afternoon's entertainment.

We don't have an exact broadcast date yet, but the programme will be shown on Sky TV channel 280 some time around April 2006.
